The Supreme Court in a very rare and unanimous ruling said that his return must be facilitated. The regimes (Trump, Attorney General Bondi) response was one of defiance. Additionally, visiting El Salvador dictator Bukele insisted that Garcia would not be returned.
This is what corruption and two dictators defying the rule of law looks like. The U.S. regime defying the ruling of SCOTUS in this matter basically means the law no longer matters to the ones who are in charge (but it will still be weaponized against the population). This also sets the stage for them to be able to kidnap more innocent people (labeling them in whichever way is fit for their narrative at the time), and to disappear them out of the country without any due process.
This is five-alarm fire territory where it’s not just the consolidation of power being close to being completed by this regime, but we’re also looking at the entire existing geopolitical landscape teetering with this near complete capture of the U.S.
