The United States Is Now a Fascist Dictatorship

Oath to the U.S. Constitution

For anyone reading this particular posting from outside the United States of America, I am making it clear that many of us do not side with what this criminal regime is doing (and are speaking out against it). Not speaking out about this by remaining silent, is being complicit. Many of us are very aware of the propaganda and lies being promoted by this corrupt government. Many of us know that our corporate owned media/financial press (Wall Street is horrible with trying to play these autocratic moves as trades to make) is complicit with presenting “what aboutism” and giving this regime a pass with their bad framing. Additionally, a lot of the hardline stuff aren’t ideas he is coming up with by himself. He’s a figurehead, a useful idiot (aka Dementia Don). Much of it is being fed to his incompetent addled brain by the real individuals pushing their power behind the scenes including Stephen Miller and Tom Homan.

I know there will be a point where they will find ways to crack down on online dissent like this. It’s what fascist autocratic dictatorships do. And many of us know how much in bed these corporations are with this regime (where they’ll be able to gather whatever information they need without a proper subpoena/warrant and locate the source of anyone posting anything that is even mildly critical of the regime). My point is that if my sites go silent/offline and I somehow end up being disappeared, it was not because I made that decision. BTW, I’m directly embedding YouTube videos about some of this because the comments on them are worth reading (yes, there are bot trolls that post the usual divisive rhetoric, but nonetheless, there are more regular folks across the political divide who do not agree with how our constitutional rights are being deleted right before us. But I digress…

In just this first month of 2026, the convicted felon in chief threatened to use force to take Greenland (Denmark has rightfully sent troops there with orders to shoot first), threatened a list of other countries (Cuba, Mexico, Canada, etc) with a Venezuelan style of military action (basically pissing off all of America’s traditional NATO allies/doing long lasting damage that will never be repaired in most of our lifetimes), and ICE thugs executing two American citizens in Minneapolis, Minnesota (Renée Good on January 7th and Alex Pretti on January 24th) while the orange clowns regime, lied about the reasons these ICE SA/Gestapo agents were justified in murdering American citizens who were exercising their constitutional rights (an important one being the 1st amendment which is the right to peacefully assemble and to freely protest the actions of the government).

As this photographer mentions, people in other parts of the country need to be prepared for these sort of civil rights violations because this will eventually be happening in every U.S. city (especially if they are deemed “blue” cities in a “blue/Democratic” state) if no constraints are put in place. Reminder, there is something called “freedom of the press” where they are normally allowed to document what is taking it place. Autocratic regimes do not like their brutality being covered (and thus why this level of aggression since it is meant to serve as an intimidation tactic). And this isn’t about the left or right at this point (that divisive rhetoric is classic Soviet era style psychological warfare that has worked on populations around the world including a portion of the American electorate). This psyops is also nothing new; it’s been decades in the making. In short, it’s now about a tyrannical government weaponizing their vast resources against people to silence dissent.

Furthermore, ICE has been entering homes and vehicles without any search warrant (violating our 4th amendment rights). Pretti himself had a licensed concealed carry gun on him that was holstered (2nd amendment right) where his murder highlights how a tyrannical government can render whatever narrative they wish to paint any one of us, as the enemy (in this case, labeling him as obstructing a federal operation, becoming a threat to those ICE thugs, and thus labeling him as a domestic terrorist). But make no mistake, the real domestic enemies are these folks in power that have captured the U.S. government and are weaponizing it against those they find undesirable. Sound familiar? Echoes of Hitler and Nazi Germany all over again. That oath to the Constitution? Depends on which side of the power spectrum you sit on. As this police chief mentioned, many off-duty officers in the city have been racially targeted by these ICE goons. Eventually, actual supporters of Felon47 will get caught up in these (especially if they are a person of color).

Which leads me to this rhetorical question; where are all of the 2A MAGA folks that were screaming when a democrat was the president (note that both the Obama and Biden administrations weren’t completely innocent with how enforcement by DHS/ICE were handled during their time in office when it came to how migrants/asylum seekers were treated either). The NRA (National Rifle Association) is another group that also painted all of the calls for reasonable gun control laws as liberals wanting to take everyones guns away (which is false because there are many folks on the right who also agree about those reasonable gun control laws). Additionally, the NRA initially painted this murder in the same divisive rhetoric until the regime began flat out lying about Pretti where the NRA also began saying that an investigation should take place. Even one of mango Mussolini’s biggest (but now former) MAGA supporter, Marjorie Taylor Greene (who also stepped down from Congress when the regime began stalling on the release of the Epstein files), managed to sound reasonable about what has been going on.

There are also more non-MAGA Republican folks that are speaking out on this. I mean anyone with a conscience regardless of their political affiliation would view the various videos as outright murder not fitting the narrative which this regime has presented. And well, the ones still playing this off as a liberal thing and downplaying all of their prior arguments for being able to carry a concealed weapon (for self-defense purposes), are going to end up being the ones who ended up being cannon fodder like during Nazi Germany (because the ones at the top of the chain need to eventually eliminate these forces who would now present a danger to their own power).

This murder however just broke down another facade (rules based order) and proved the whole fallacy of what some groups have been long promoting where the laws/rules again are meant to apply to only certain people (the ones who are on the side of this criminal regime can get away with everything whereas the actual law abiding citizens who are well within their constitutional rights, are deemed as ones where those same rights are not applicable). What is happening in Minnesota has mobilized individuals from completely different backgrounds (only the most brainwashed MAGA cultists are parroting the lies of this criminal enterprise that now runs the US government). It’s taking time but the more these type of rights-infringing acts occur, the more people (who have been looking at everything through this political lens) will begin using what critical thinking skills they have to see that it could be them next.

Again, the so called co-equal branches of government hasn’t been functioning since this regime (with the assistance of Elon Musk), took a sledge hammer to those institutions. The U.S. Congress no longer exists (because the Republican’s who hold the majority, capitulated by not holding the executive branch accountable and refuses to uphold their oath to the U.S. Constitution). The Democratic party has been of no real use either by not fighting harder from the start (most recently back in December, 7 Democrats even voted for a $64 billion funding package for the Department of Homeland Security; DHS oversees Immigration and Customs Enforcement aka ICE which has been given complete impunity to do what they are doing (of being judge, jury, and executioner – totally unconstitutional conduct – which is why I mentioned before that the US Constitution is for the most part, dead).

The rest of the world now knows without a doubt, that the U.S. is not a dependable partner (broken political system not withstanding) that has reneged on past promises. None of our long time allies that have been bullied/threatened should ever forget that treatment; they should form their own alliances without us. This isn’t un-patriotic speak. The whole thing with patriotism has been warped into waving the flag, hanging one outside of your home, and parading the other patriotic symbols versus actually standing up for the values that are written in the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution (the people in power aren’t even hiding their lies, lawlessness, moral depravity, and disdain for the Constitution having to be applied equally to everyone in the country).

I’m one of those who realistically doubts we will have actual free/fair elections going forward (yes, there will be elections just like there are in Russia, but it will be rigged outcomes — this upcoming November mid-term election will be revealing if I am right or wrong). And the Democrats have dropped the ball so many times that any time they are in power, all it amounts to is a 4 year reprieve from the inevitable every presidential election cycle. It’s basically choosing between the lesser of two evils at this point (the Democrats being the less evil choice at this point in time). If anything, George Carlin was right in many of his monologues about this stuff (who the real owners are). I’m one of those who now believes that nature has to take its course; where America needs to actually lose its power and prestige (this regime has already done enough damage in this area pushing it towards this reality) and be treated like how we’ve long looked at those places that our government “leaders” labeled as third world.

The orange clown even mentioned a Project 2025 talking point when he mentioned to reporters that “you can’t have guns”. Many of us had warned prior that this regime would eventually find ways to nullify the rights to own and bear firearms (eliminating yet another constitutional right). The U.S. per capita, has a huge number of guns (including semi-automatics). One thing an autocratic dictatorship does not like is a population that is well armed (and the gun culture of the U.S. is something this dictatorship will need to get a handle on). His now loyalist U.S. attorney general (acting more like his personal attorney than one who is supposed to be making sure the laws apply to all) Pam Bondi advocated for ways to accomplish this several years ago while she was AG for Florida (like if someone is found to have mental illness or other issues, would have their guns taken away). This regime has unsurprisingly utilized lies and propaganda to set the domestic terrorist narrative for anyone that utilizes their first and second amendment rights IF those individuals aren’t aligned with old dear leader to summarily un-alive them. In short, the rule of law is selectively applied meaning the rule of law is essentially dead.

The regime also proposes a change in policy for visitors to the U.S. that has privacy advocates alarmed. If this is allowed to go through, anyone wanting to visit the country would be required to use a U.S. government mobile phone app, submit their social media accounts from the last five years, any email addresses used in the last ten years (all of this includes the same info of family members). There is also the proposal of the collection of DNA. Most sane people would just simply end up refusing to travel to the U.S. if they don’t have to which would have a huge impact on the tourism industry. But this is the mindset of a small percentage of this country who see isolationism and closing off the country from outsiders as a good thing. Mass surveillance by the government is a tool of weaponization when it comes to an autocratic regime.

AFAIK, the rubicon has long been passed where the U.S. is heading down the same road as how Nazi Germany came to be. There is no longer a functional legislative branch, the Department of Justice is overseen by a loyalist and is now weaponized to protect the executive branch. The FBI (as part of the DOJ) is also another captured institution that will be weaponized along with the CIA (run by yet another loyalist); basically the American fascist version of the Gestapo while ICE are more like the SA. The Supreme Court has been controlled by a “conservative” majority who have enabled this lawlessness while also ruling in favor of rolling back the rights of individuals that had been fought for over decades. The actual lower courts are still managing to keep some guardrails in place, but that is not going to last forever. Individual states themselves are also trying to fight back wherever possible, but will always be threatened with the full power of the Feds.

Remember, the Holocaust itself didn’t happen overnight. It took politicians, leading institutions (and their “leaders”), and business “leaders” to be complicit with allowing things to eventually reach that point. Here, we have all of these things happening with a non-existent Congress, various university “leaders” bending the knee, and corporate executives caving to various demands and/or trying to placate the dictator (I will have another posting about this). It also took regular people to remain silent. Leaders is in quotes because the majority are not leaders; many are cowards and bootlickers. Last year, many of us (including myself) took part in the initial waves of protests. After a certain point, I tapped out (for the foreseeable future) because there needs to also be more of the younger demographic AND white America showing up en masse for those. But what is really needed is a long term nation wide general strike (because that is one of the main things these corporate executives and therefore Wall Street, understand).

Basically as Malcolm Nance (former intelligence officer) has mentioned for a long time now, a second American revolution is going to happen. Revolutions occur when the gap widens between the economically haves and the have nots and the discontent grows with the existing social/political order. The political system in the U.S. has LONG been broken; the fact that this regime with Musk’s help was able to easily disable key institutions early in 2025, highlights the stack of cards our system had been reliant on (where corrupt people could bring it down without much of a fight). A nation wide general strike would be one statement of a revolution because shutting down the economic engine en masse, sends a signal of how sick and tired people are with being treated like slave labor. I do disagree that any sort of cultural revolution of this sort will be completely peaceful (the protesters may be peaceful) though because as the world witnessed, ICE thugs emboldened by this regime have extrajudicially executed at least 9 people since these surges began in various democratically run cities.

We know this regime is pining for invoking the insurrection act and declaring martial law in order to weaponize the U.S. military against citizens (where we know some will be more than willing to carry out illegal orders just like these Carribbean and Venezuelan operations were). And once that happens with the military, it is certain that civil war will break out as parts of the Constitution abiding members of the military will end up having to take up arms against those who are shooting at American citizens who are exercising their rights. Civil war is of course what they really want versus a peaceful revolution because it gives the regime a reason with rationalized optics for unleashing brutality and force.

P.S. The following videos are worth watching (Nance’s short rant from before and then during his visit to Greenland summarizes what fallout would occur should the U.S. take military action against Greenland (and by extension, any NATO ally).

This other video is by an MIT educated former neurosurgeon that is pretty much a vlog based stream of conscience talk about the state of affairs. Parts of his monologue in the forest (with his dog) reminds me of myself (someone who is grounded in reality) where I learned years ago, the lies we were told as we grew up about the “American Dream” and American exceptionalism (just that I do it in writing) and how the entire system is rigged towards the very rich and powerful (where the rules do not apply to them).

In his case though, he is only 41 years old and will likely have to be a long time witness (along with his wife) of experiencing the slow but complete collapse of the American empire and whatever consequences that ends up happening globally due to this shift (we know from past history, that global conflicts took place as the world re-ordered itself; most already know that China will be the country that takes over that role). The comments section of this video is also good because it shows how many are on the exact same page.

Many of us have also made a conscious decision to not be consumed by this on a daily basis (it’s why I stopped writing about everything going on at length last year). I just had to revisit this given the decline that has happened in just this first month. But there is life to live (versus being sucked 24/7/365 into that endless cycle of algorithmic generated crap) and if one has family remaining, spending that quality time with them. During just this month (with all of this happening, my own priorities have shifted as well — because I know things are going to get worse so long as this unchecked power is not dealt with).

There are many other articles and videos stating things like “we are at an inflection point”. IMHO, we’re long past that point now and everyone needs to make decisions on what they will plan to do in the face of tyranny and oppression.

In the past, I did think about leaving the U.S. (again). But I have family (one of the reasons I moved back from overseas). And I also had family members (grand uncles and great grand uncles) who served this country in those segregated units during those past wars to fight against fascism.

Running away to try and be safe elsewhere is IMHO, not the most honorable thing to do (as that would be dismissing their service even though the U.S. government at the time, treated them like the enemy; several whom I learned made the ultimate sacrifice when they were killed in the line of duty). I’ll do what I can do to make a difference amongst the rest of other likeminded citizens.
