This is turning into comedy gold….

And yes, I’m being sarcastic because this seems to be how they were trained by their legal team to respond, considering that there really isn’t much more they can do given the smoking gun e-mail by Lindholm which shows that Google knew they needed a Java license.
The evasiveness and lack of convincing responses by the Google “brain trust” is going to be hammered home by Oracle lawyers as the trial progresses.
Plus FOSS Patent’s Florian Mueller sums this part up well. The comedy gold will really kick into high gear when Andy Rubin takes the stand. I can just see the numbers of “how do you define” and “I don’t recall” that will come .
