Informative video that gives a brief overview of the methods/techniques utilized by government/law enforcement to surveil people. In this day and age of social media (with large platforms that have amassed huge amounts of personal information willingly provided), privacy is now a commodity that one really needs to think about protecting to prevent the sort of data harvesting that can be used for nepharious purposes (especially with ML).

In recent years, anti-surveillance fashion/wear has been available as some countermeasure against various technology (not completely effective but some level of protection is better than nothing). This is on top of utilizing a decent VPN, blocking tracking, and basically reducing your social media footprint especially by not handing over too much of your personal identifying data.
