iPhone 6/6 Plus pre-orders top 4 million in first 24 hours

They didn’t hint anywhere that they got the product mix wrong as what had happened when they overestimated the demand for last years 5C instead of the 5S (last year, they immediately began taking orders and began drop shipping deliveries direct from the factories in China).  Thus it means the long delivery times for the 6 Plus are a result of lower supplies as they likely manufactured more 6’s (many of those have since dropped to the 7-10 business day time frame).
